Complex building services. Clear decisions. Designs that work on site.
You put the technology into practice on site. We make sure the building services design is technically clean, fully thought through and handed over to construction without unnecessary risks.

The starting point
You are responsible for making sure the heating and building services work on site.
Day to day, that means deadline pressure, changing drawing revisions, unclear preliminary works and technical decisions that you didn’t make – but that end up on your site.
At the same time, the technology is becoming ever more complex: heat pump systems, hybrid solutions, hydraulic concepts, control engineering, funding requirements and ever-stricter efficiency standards.
The reality is clear: you are expected to build what often hasn’t been fully thought through.
You know the symptoms from every other project:
- System concepts are designed without being properly aligned with installation.
- Changes come late – often straight onto the site.
- Interfaces with design, electrical and building automation are not properly clarified.
- Hydraulics, controls and system boundaries are not clearly defined in the design.
- Funding and efficiency requirements lead to redesigns during installation.
- You are held responsible for results you had no influence over.
The result: More coordination on site. More queries. More risk as the project progresses.
Installation isn’t the problem – the unclear design that precedes it is.
The misconception
Many assume that an unclear design can be “sorted out on site” as the project progresses.
The idea: we’ll clarify that later.
In reality, this means the site becomes the place where design errors have to be corrected. Hydraulics are adjusted. Systems are rebuilt. Interfaces are improvised.
It looks solution-oriented. It isn’t.
Because every unresolved decision from the design stage becomes a risk during installation.
The reality
The biggest problems don’t arise on your site. They arise earlier – in the design.
If system decisions, hydraulics, control strategy and funding requirements have not been properly clarified, installation can only react.
This leads to typical situations on site:
- last-minute alterations instead of clean installation
- coordination under time pressure instead of clear specifications
- conflicts between trades instead of clear interfaces
- variation claims because the groundwork is missing
- delays because decisions have to be made after the fact
In the end, installation doesn’t get more complex – it just gets less well prepared.
The conclusion
The problem is not a lack of craftsmanship or technical installation expertise.
The problem is that installation has to work with incomplete or contradictory design documentation.
Most projects don’t fail on site. That’s just where the failure becomes visible.
The cause lies earlier:
- Systems haven’t been properly thought through.
- Interfaces aren’t clearly defined.
- Technical decisions are made too late.
- Installation becomes the point where the design gets corrected.
The problem doesn’t arise on site. It arises in the design stage before it.
Our approach
Four steps to a design that works on site.
Analysis
We stop the design from turning into a problem on site later on. Systems, requirements and technical conditions are assessed so that they don’t become site problems further down the line.
Outcome: The aim: no surprises during installation.
Concept
We don’t develop theoretical concepts; we develop heating and supply systems that can actually be built. Hydraulics, heat generation, controls and system boundaries are designed so that they can be built and operated in the real world.
Outcome: Not ideal in theory – but feasible in practice.
Design
We make sure the design works on site. Interfaces with electrical, building automation, architecture and structural engineering are clarified so that they don’t lead to conflicts later on.
Outcome: The aim is a design you don’t have to correct.
Implementation
We stay involved until commissioning. From tendering through the construction phase to technical commissioning, we make sure that what was designed actually works.
Outcome: So you don’t end up paying for other people’s mistakes.
Your added value
Less chaos on site
Clearly designed systems reduce last-minute changes and improvisation.
More certainty during installation
You work with clear technical specifications instead of open questions.
Fewer variation claims and disputes
A clean design reduces conflicts as the project progresses.
Better collaboration with designers
Interfaces are clarified in advance, not debated on site.
A technical partner who thinks ahead
Not just design – but end-to-end technical assurance right through to installation.
