Energy concepts: cost-effectiveness and security of supply – from the very first sketch.
If you only consider energy efficiency after the design stage, you are giving away potential. We simulate, calculate and optimise — before ground is broken.

The starting point
The decisions you will live with for 30 years are made in the early design stage.
Building shape, insulation standard, supply concept – what is decided here determines the operating costs over the building’s entire lifetime. Even so, decisions at this stage are often made without a sound energy basis. The bill comes later, month after month.
Our services
Five components for future-proof neighbourhoods and buildings.
5 components
- Simulation of heat demand and energy flows in early design stages
- Comparison of different supply concepts (heat pump, district heating, PV, CHP)
- Cost-effectiveness analysis and payback calculation for each option
- Compliance documentation for the building permit
- Funding strategy and concept documentation
Process
Four steps to a reliable energy concept.
Analysis
Collection of the relevant building data, usage profiles and site-specific conditions. Clarification of the energy and economic goals – what should the concept achieve, and which constraints are fixed?
Concept
Calculation of energy flows based on heating and cooling demand. Side-by-side comparison of feasible supply concepts – technically assessed, economically optimised.
Design
Detailed elaboration of the chosen concept into a robust planning document: system selection, sizing and proof of cost-effectiveness. Ready for use in the building permit, the funding application and investor discussions.
Implementation
Handover of the concept to the subsequent engineering design with clear specifications. On request, we support the implementation and make sure that the concept delivers in operation what it promised at the design stage.
