Energy cost analysis: transparency as the basis for every investment decision.
If you don’t know where your costs arise, you can’t reduce them systematically. We create clarity – data-driven, transparent and ready for decision-making.

The problem
Consumption data without insight.
7 components
Many building and plant operators have meters, bills and consumption histories. What is missing is the translation of data into sound decisions: Where is energy being lost? Which system is the biggest cost driver?
Our services
Seven components for a reliable energy model.
- Complete recording of consumption: heating, cooling, electricity, hot water — by energy source, period and usage zone
- Analysis of load profiles and load curves
- Review of billing structures and tariffs
- Survey of the technical systems (age, efficiency, condition)
- Identification of cost drivers and weak points
- Benchmarking against comparable properties
- Cost-effectiveness assessment of possible measures, including a recommendation
Process
Four steps from consumption data to a decision.
Analysis
Complete recording of all consumption data: heating, cooling, electricity, hot water – by energy source, period and usage zone. Survey of the technical systems, review of billing structures and tariffs. The aim: a data basis that requires no assumptions.
Concept
Evaluation of the consumption data, identification of the real cost drivers and weak points, benchmarking against comparable properties. The outcome: a prioritised set of measures.
Design
Elaboration of the prioritised measures into a robust planning document: proof of cost-effectiveness, funding strategy and specific recommendations for action. Ready for use in investor discussions, owners’ meetings and funding applications.
Implementation
Handover of the results to the subsequent engineering design with clear specifications. On request, we support the implementation of the measures and make sure that the forecast savings actually materialise in operation.
Frequently asked questions
What owners and operators ask most often.
You pay every month – but do you know exactly what for?
We show you where your costs really arise – and which measures pay off first.
