Process
Four steps from analysis to payout.
Analysis
Survey of the current condition of the building and its systems: consumption data, technical equipment, existing documentation. Identification of eligible measures and review of the relevant funding programmes at federal, state and municipal level. The goal: a complete basis before a single euro is applied for.
Concept
Development of an integrated funding strategy: Which measures are eligible, which programmes can be combined, and in which order is implementation most cost-effective? The measures implemented also form the basis for verifiable ESG improvements – CO₂ reduction, renovation pathway, reportability. We recommend – you decide.
Design
Preparation of all required application documents: technical evidence, cost-effectiveness documentation, funding-compliant specifications. Ready for BAFA, KfW and the funding application – and, where needed, for ESG reporting, investor meetings or board submissions.
Implementation
Submission of the funding applications and support throughout, liaison with the funding bodies, coordination with the subsequent engineering design. On request, we support the implementation of the measures and document the results achieved – as evidence for the funding body and as a solid basis for your ESG reporting.
